Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing company’s daily financial affairs, business analysis, and reporting, ensuring on-going viability and a secure financial future in line with the organization’s mission and values. He/she will provide financial advice and information to the company’s top management as well as developing and maintain financial and investment strategies. He/she will manage all affairs between the company and the banks where the company operates accounts.
PROFILE

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Must be a CPA holder
• Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years in managerial position
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Swahili both written and spoken
• Competent in accounting packages and MS office applications
• An analytical approach to work
• High numeracy and sound technical skills
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to balance the demands of work with other commitments
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
• Capacity to make quick but rational decisions
• Potential to lead and motivate others
• Good IT skills

Remuneration:

A successful candidate will be offered a gross salary of Tshs. 3,304,920.63/= per month, room for negotiation might be available for the most suitable candidate. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
